Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of 399det

To register an account with 399det, you must be at least 21 years of age 21+ and possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

399det may request identity verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID — to confirm your age and identity at any stage of your relationship with the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

399det operates as an offshore international gaming platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. We make no representation that the services offered on the Platform are legal or available in every location.

Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform. 399det accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the site in contravention of local laws.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on 399det. The existence of multiple accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — is a breach of these Terms. 399det reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances, including pending withdrawals, upon discovery of duplicate accounts.

You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your username or password with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 399det support immediately. The Platform will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account. 399det will not be liable for losses incurred prior to the Platform being notified of any unauthorised access.

399det reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated betting systems
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive behaviour directed at staff or other players
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, 399det reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

399det accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name.

399det does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your 399det balance within seconds for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad) and within a short processing window for bank transfers. 399det is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or your financial institution.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in your own name and matching the method used for deposits where reasonably possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours.

399det reserves the right to require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before the withdrawal request will be approved.

All transactions on 399det are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where currency conversion is required due to the nature of a payment method, the conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. 399det is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by 399det are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game categories will be specified within each promotion.

399det operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of winnings, and potential permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics
• Placing low-risk, hedged, or arbitrage bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk
• Using bonus funds on game categories explicitly excluded by the promotion terms

399det reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are available for a limited period only, and eligibility criteria may change. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms governing that promotion.

All bets placed on 399det are final once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet — including the selection, stake, and market — before confirming the wager. 399det will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable system error or manifest odds error.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types and are displayed within the betting interface. 399det reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and for any player without prior notice.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrectly displayed game outcomes, or technical malfunctions — 399det reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. A manifest error is one that would be obvious to a reasonable person as being a mistake. 399det's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Match-fixing or any form of corruption in sporting events
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Fraudulent chargebacks on deposits
• Money laundering or any other financial crime using the Platform

All content on the 399det platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 399det or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 399det.

399det endeavours to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. However, we do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

399det shall not be liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from the unavailability of the Platform, provided that we have taken reasonable steps to minimise any disruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399det shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. In no event shall 399det's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 399det is incorporated as an offshore international gaming platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, account matter, or any other Platform-related issue, you should contact 399det support in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of an internal review, you may seek independent resolution through mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.

Please note that all bets and game outcomes are governed by the rules of the respective game or market as displayed on the Platform at the time of play. In cases of ambiguity, 399det's records shall be the primary source of truth.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 399det with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

399det reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
